How do I reserve a date?
Choose your travel date and seat count, then pick the vehicle type. Dates are confirmed by dispatch after your request is received.
How are multi-day trips measured?
Each day includes a 100-km allowance. Kilometres beyond that are charged per extra kilometre, and the running total is recorded by the driver.
What does driver bata cover?
Driver bata is ₹300 per day. It covers the driver's daily allowance for the working hours of the trip, including overnight stays.
Are tolls and parking included?
Tolls and parking are charged at actual cost. Keep the receipts so the amounts can be checked against your trip.
What if my vehicle is replaced?
If a vehicle must be changed, dispatch arranges a replacement of the same seating capacity wherever possible and confirms it before pickup.
Is air conditioning available?
Air conditioning is available on the vehicles listed. Confirm your preference when you book so the right vehicle is assigned.
